Cooking Instructions
Dinner rolls makes 12 dinner rolls eggs 2 water 1/2 cup oil 2 tbsp vinegar 3 tbsp heat oven to 350°f. whisk eggs, water, and oil in a large bowl. add baking mix; combine well. add vinegar and stir until incorporated. pour batter into 12 lightly greased muffin cups, filling each 1/2 full. bake 25 minutes. if desired broil a few minutes at the end to brown tops.
Flatbread makes two 7'' flatbreads eggs 2 water 2 tbsp oil 4 tbsp vinegar 2 tbsp heat oven to 350°f. whisk eggs, water, and oil in a large bowl. add baking mix; combine well. stir in vinegar. let dough sit 4 minutes (dough will thicken). divide dough into two equal portions and place on greased cookie sheet. moisten fingers to prevent sticking and shape into two 7" circles. bake 20 minutes. if desired broil a few minutes at the end to brown tops.
Loaf makes one 8.5" x 4.5" loaf eggs 3 water 1/4 cup oil 2 tbsp vinegar 2 tbsp heat oven to 350°f. whisk eggs, water, and oil in a large bowl. add baking mix; combine well. add vinegar and stir until incorporated. spoon dough into greased loaf pan. bake 1 hour or until edges of loaf start to pull away from pan. cool 10 minutes. remove from pan to cool completely.
