Cooking instructions: in a large pot, heat four quarts of salted water and bring to a boil. add the pasta and stir. coo for six to seven minutes, stirring occasionally and then strain. reserve two to three tablespoons of pasta water to add to your sauce. cook time 6-7 minutes
