Miso master’s country barley miso is a non-gmo, usda certified organic, american-made premium traditional soy paste. each 8 oz. container contains about 23 servings of 2 tsp. each. our miso is naturally aged for four seasons in wood vats using traditional japanese techniques and artisanal hand-crafted koji.
