Miso master’s organic brown rice miso is a gluten-free, non-gmo, american-made premium traditional soy paste. each 8 oz. container contains about 23 servings of 2 tsp. each. our miso is naturally aged for four seasons in wood vats using traditional japanese techniques and artisanal hand-crafted koji combined with domestic organic beans and grains.
