Hilary's eat well adzuki bean burgers are made with careful consideration of what your body really needs. every burger is gluten-free, kosher, non-gmo, organic and vegan. instead of beef or turkey, these burgers are crafted from whole grains, adzuki beans, expeller pressed coconut oil and vegetables. delicious and healthy, you can eat these without a moment of guilt. each box contains 2 veggie burgers.
Cooked whole grain millet* (water, millet*), cooked adzuki beans* (water, adzuki beans*), expeller pressed oil* (canola* and/or sunflower* and/or safflower*), sweet potato*, green chiles*, potato starch*, ground flaxseed*, sea salt, ground cumin seed*, lime juice*, dried onion*, apple cider vinegar*, chipotle chili pepper powder*, oregano*, granulated garlic*.
Cooking instructions pan/stove top: heat 1 teaspoon oil in a small saute pan. cook frozen patty on medium heat for about 6 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
Microwave: remove patty from plastic and place on a microwave safe plate. cook on high for 1 minute. carefully flip and cook an additional 1 minute. based on 1100 watt microwave. microwave ovens vary. times given are approximate.
Oven/toaster oven (preferred method): preheat oven to 400°f. place frozen patty on cookie sheet. bake for 10 minutes. flip and cook another 5-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
