Pancakes ingredients: ¾ cup arrowhead mills® multigrain pancake & waffle mix 1 tbsp spectrum® canola oil ¾ cup milk or water directions: 1. stir all ingredients only until lumps disappear. 2. cook on preheated (375°f - 400°f) lightly oiled griddle or pan, turning when bubbles form on surface and edges begin to dry. for thicker pancakes, use less liquid. for thinner pancakes, use more liquid. serving suggestion: stir in the following just before cooking: ¼ cup drained crushed pineapple and ¼ cup toasted coconut. makes 6-5'' pancakes
