Ingredients
Organic corn flour, organic quinoa flour, dried organic spinach, dried organic beet and/or organic red bell pepper.

Cooking Instructions
Basic instructions add pasta to 4 quarts of boiling water and stir frequently. | cook uncovered for 6-9 minutes.* | drain and enjoy. | optional: add 2 tbsp. of oil to water. *water will turn yellow from the corn starches. this is normal. do not overcook.
Cook pagodas according to package instructions. drain and rinse in a colander with cold water to stop the cooking process. chill pasta. heat 2 tsp. olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low/low heat. add the garlic and stir frequently for 2-4 minutes unitl light golden brown. place cooked garlic in a bowl. add kale to the pan and increase heat to medium. stir until just starting to wilt, about 2-3 minutes. add kale to a serving bowl with pasta. add 2 tbsp. oil. lemon juice, zest, parsley, and 1/4 tsp. salt to the garlic bowl and whisk together. toss dressing gently with the pasta until fully combined. season with salt and pepper to taste. add more parsley as desired. chill in the fridge then serve, with fresh parmesan and a few sprigs with shredded roasted chicken.
